The course addresses a series of topics in economics at the national, and international level,, with specific intention of providing a criticcal appraisal of the grounds for policy iintervention and pollicy appraissal. the major aim of the course is to cover the major theoretical and empirical issues relating to a number of key economic policy issues. in addition, students are guided during the course to identify atleast one polllicy problem at any level, be it institutional,
