This course has been designed to:
· Cover the basic characteristics of instruments like sensitivity and accuracy
· Detail various methods of measuring physical quantities like mechanical, optical and electrical quantities
· Describe the functioning of sensor and transducers in detecting changes in physical quantities.
· Give guidelines in repair of laboratory equipment.
